Practice times	Tuesday and Thursday mornings, starting 7am in the Gym
Costs	Cost involved if attending National events
Equipment	Distance squad singlet refer Edmund's Shop Price List, running shoes, spikes (suggested for cross-country events for years 9-13)
Registration	Registration: February Students will be selected for cross-country and road race teams, based on their performance in the school cross-country and other selection events
