“ST PETER’S COLLEGE PRIZE-GIVING”

Dear Parents and Boys

A final reminder about the St Peter’s College Annual Prize giving this Wednesday December 9 at 7.30pm.

VENUE:   Logan Campbell Centre, Greenlane Road, (part of the ASB Show Grounds and opposite Cornwall Cricket Club).

PARKING: Plenty of space available in the grounds.

BOYS:     Assemble on the downstairs section:-

• Prize winners to sit in designated spaces according to the programme
• Years 7-11 Uniform requirement:
• Black shoes and socks (no sandals)
• Blue shirt (no jersey, no jacket)
• College shorts
• Years 12 and 13 Uniform requirement:
• Senior uniform
• Dress school longs
• Blue shirt and tie (no jersey)
• Black shoes and socks (no sandals, no jacket)
• Boys encouraged to wear blazers
• Parents are asked to check their son’s grooming to ensure that it is of a high standard

PARENTS: Please sit upstairs and be seated by 7.20pm. There will be an annual report given out to parents.

GENERAL EXPECTATIONS

• Since this is a whole school (Year 7-13) community event all boys and their parents are expected to be present. You may recall this was a signed expectation at the time of enrolment.
• The prize-list is confidential until the night. Prizes are awarded for INDUSTRY (hard work), SERVICE (to others) and ACHIEVEMENT.
• We aim to be finished by 9.30pm.

I appreciate this is a busy time for families, business, work-places etc and I thank you for your presence at this final celebration.
