Practice Times

Tuesdays & Fridays 3.15pm-5.00pm, optional Trainings at Dilworth Monday & Thursday 645-830pm. Strength and Conditioning in the High Performance Centre Thursday 2.50-430pm.

Costs

$80 per Term.  Additional Tournament fees may be required.

Equipment

Blue PE shirt and shorts. Mouthguard advised. Black SPC Wrestling Shorts for competitors. Wrestling shoes ($150 from Rebel Sport) optional for the serious wrestlers!
